What we do not collect: we do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway partner.

9. Marketing emails

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional emails about an order you have placed are sent regardless, because they are part of fulfilling that order.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you hold an account, please choose a strong password and keep it to yourself.

11. Third-party links

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we would encourage you to read their policies before sharing anything with them.

12. Children

Puzzlera products are intended for adults, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated by email where we hold your address.
